Step 1: Forward the original voucher email to jametrice.johnson@sus.edu
→ Use “Donating Voucher” as the subject line.

Step 2: Complete the Voucher Donation Form press (click here) to help us track donations.

Do you need a Praxis Voucher?

Follow the steps below. If you have any questions about these steps please do not hesitate to right out

Please note: The issuance of a voucher is not guaranteed and is based on your current Praxis status, study habits, demonstrated need, and overall preparedness.

To request a voucher you need to complete a Praxis Progress Plan, if you have already completed one skip to request a voucher.

Once you have complete this you may request a voucher. You only need to complete this once per academic semester
